A minibus carrying migrant workers capoté and some agriculture on Highway 20 is Quebec City has laid on Monday, killing one and seven wounded.

The van returned after the pilot lost control is of Montmagny, on the shore south of the St. Lawrence River Monday afternoon, said Quebec Police.

Three passengers were thrown out of the van.

"We believe that the driver had a medical problem or condition, or fell asleep," said Ann Mathieu, a spokesman for the provincial police, S?reté du Québec.

Three people are in a serious condition.

Workers speak Spanish, so police had called for an interpreter to assist in the investigation.
