an unemployed man from Tokyo was arrested Friday after entering allegedly with the car in the Prefecture of Fukushima Daini nuclear power plant facilities, close to the radiation leak Fukushima Daiichi plant in Fukushima Prefecture, Police said. Hikaru Watanabe, 25, from Shinjuku Ward, Thursday, before the ride to their rooms for about 10 minutes, that said plant operator Tokyo Electric Power Co., reportedly broke through the western gate of the plant of Daini at 10 am added, that no one, in the incident hurt.
