Curt Smith (of tears for fears) plays in two years at the Whitefire Theatre in Sherman Oaks, CA, first solo residency begins next Thursday. Singer on the original hit single mad world-a song: before recently remix here on BB as a backdrop for a collection of game Todesf?lle--Curt & co. like our video as much as they want more!

The guardian invited me to write a quick opinion piece on the explosion of the new sources of graphical online conflict videos, and what does that show sudden availability of explicit, violent material for reporting and for each of us as individual. Snip:
